This is normal. Here's why.
Your $19.99* monthly subscription charge may appear on your statement as two separate transactions: $0.50 + $19.49. This doesn't mean you're being double-charged.
When your monthly payment is processed, it's split into two transactions that go through on the same day. Together they total exactly $19.99, the price shown at checkout. This is simply how our payment processing works.
Both transactions appear on your statement as [DESCRIPTOR].
You're only charged $19.99* total for the month, regardless of how many transactions show up.
[Keep whichever is true:] [A] Every monthly payment works this way, including renewals. [B] Only your first payment is split. Renewals appear as a single $19.99 charge.
[Confirm, then keep/adjust:] Coin purchases, including the $1.00 starter pack, and annual subscriptions ($59.99/year) are each charged as a single transaction.
If you see two full $19.99 charges instead of the split described above, that's an error on our end. Email [email protected] with your transaction details and we'll refund the duplicate charge right away. These things happen, and we've got you covered.
Depending on your currency, the two transactions may look slightly different:
Whatever the currency, the two transactions always add up to exactly the price shown at checkout. You're never charged more than that. If your bank converts the charge from a different currency, it may apply its own conversion rate or fee on top.
